By using this website and/or placing an order with us you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

ORDERING FROM US
You place an order with us by ordering via our online debit/credit card checkout process or on receipt of your written order with cheque/bankers draft. We will email you an order acknowledgement.
You will be emailed the order/payment details. The London Pub Survival Guide for Tourists (in Adobe PDF form) will be immediately available for download following payment authorization.
PRICING
Our prices are shown elsewhere on this website. Tax (VAT) is shown separately. This tax will not be applied to orders outside the European Union.
Our prices are reviewed periodically and may change at any time.
RETURNS POLICY
Much like a bookshop, where you can view the cover and contents, and flick through a few pages to establish that it is the book you want, this website endeavors to provide you with similar sufficient information for you to reach your decision.
If you are not sure, then please do not purchase (email us with your reasons if you want) because, also like a bookshop, we will not accept a return of the ebook after purchase and will not refund your money.
In the event of our supplying you faulty goods, then we will replace them ASAP and offer you our apologies.
Your statutory rights are not affected.

The London Pub Survival Guide is the copyright of COZO Limited and is essentially licensed to an individual. Obviously, like an ordinary printed book, we don't exactly expect you to hide it from all and sundry, but would appreciate it if you would not copy it in any form and distribute or provide it to anyone else. Otherwise, amongst other things, I am going to get rather thirsty.
Of course, if we do trace anyone providing pirate copies we WILL prosecute. We don't expect that this will happen as the Pub Survival Guide is not a great amount of money and your Member ID may periodically entitle you to deals on other COZO products.
YOU KNOW THE WAY LAWYERS SOMETIMES SEEM TO SHOUT AT YOU WITH THE WRITTEN WORD - Well, we turned the above into plain English, because we think that these are the main areas that you will want to know about without getting a headache.
These are the things that will affect our relationship most. On the subject of copyright and piracy we WILL get heavy.
Hopefully, we are all reasonable people and if any of us misunderstand or inadvertently mess something up, we are sure that we can sort it out amicably.
However, because it is a legal requirement and because our lawyers insist, we must include various clauses in the event that any ne'er-do-wells do try to rip us off.
